  • No Real-Time Booking: Travela does not offer ticketing, reservations, or payments.

  • Travel Risks: You travel at your own risk. Travela is not responsible for any loss, injury, or disruption during your trip.
  • No Liability: Travela disclaims all liability related to reliance on AI-generated information.

User Conduct

Service Availability

  • No Compensation: Travela is not liable for losses resulting from temporary downtime or technical issues.

Limitation of Liability

  • Travela's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for use of our service.
  • We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • We are not liable for any travel issues including delays, cancellations, injuries, or financial loss.
  • We are not liable for third-party vendors, venues, or platforms referenced in generated plans.
